Dr. Simone S. Van-Horne
Medical Director/Board Certified Physician
Dr. Simone S. Van-Horne brings over 20 years of expertise in general internal medicine, facial rejuvenation, aesthetic medicine, and medical spa therapy to Salora Med Spa. Board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Van-Horne is dedicated to combining her medical knowledge with the art of aesthetic care to help patients look and feel their best.
She earned her medical degree from the University of the West Indies Faculty of Medical Sciences and completed her internship at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, where she served as chief resident and was honored with the prestigious Dinon Teaching Award. Dr. Van-Horne’s blend of extensive clinical experience and passion for personalized aesthetic care makes her a trusted provider for patients seeking natural, transformative results.

Mallory Maestre is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and experienced aesthetic injector with a passion for enhancing natural beauty through sage, customized treatments. With a strong foundation in medical aesthetics and patient care, Mallory combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver subtle, balanced results that align with each patient's individual goals.
Known for her gentle technique, thorough consultations, and dedication to continuing education, Mallory specializes in advanced facial balancing, lip enhancement, dermal fillers, and neuromodulators. Chicago-born, Los Angeles-trained, and now bringing her talents to Lakewood Ranch. With an art degree and an eye for detail, Shelly specializes in permanent makeup, lash lifts, all things brows, and laser tattoo removal. As an internationally recognized PMU artist and Girlz Ink (Las Vegas) trainer, she’s passionate about educating clients and making them feel confident—one service at a time.

He was born and raised in Connecticut and was a former actor/singer at the Thomaston Opera House. Brian currently lives in Lakewood Ranch with his husband, John.

Master Stylist/Colorist
Marina is an experienced colorist from the European School of Beauty. Originally from Moldava, Marina has over 12 years of experience including all forms of hair styling, haircuts, coloring, and up-dos. Her passion is highlights—she is a blonding specialist—and women's haircuts in different techniques.

Patty has been in the spa industry for 20 years. A recent transplant from Colorado now living in Lakewood Ranch, Patty shines with her skill set, experience, and magnetic personallity. As lash artist/specialist, her clients are raving about her. Patty is a fully licensed cosmetologist. Hair and lashes are her passion!

Paula, master colorist, is from Brazil. She is a master sylist and educator in Balayage and color technique. Paula specializes in blondes, color corrections, Balayage, foils, ombre, double process, root color, Keratin treatments, Brazilian blowouts, and men and women's haircuts. She is also certified in Oligo/Calura professional, Wella, Keratin Complex, Brazilian blowout, and sugar wax.
Tatiana
Master Stylist
Tatiana was born in Moldova and emigrated to the United States in 1996. She quickly found a passion in the hair industry and graduated in 1991 from the Hair Academy in Moldova. She specializes in haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments. After working in several prestigious New York and New Jersey salons, she honed many additional skills creating various texture and precision haircutting techniques, such as wash-and-go without extensive use of hot tools for more luxurious hair. Additionally, Tatiana specializes in styling hair for special occassions and creating formal up-dos.

Jenna is a certified master colorist with 12 years of experience in the salon industry. She specializes in blow-outs and all hair color treatments—with a particular love for balayage and highlights.
Known for her outgoing personality, Jenna is passionate about exceeding her clients' expectations through expertly formulated color treatments.
Over the years, she has attended various educational classes and events to enhance her skills. In 2017, Jenna worked at New York Fashion Week and had a client’s color transformation featured in Modern Salon magazine. She moved from New York to Florida with her husband and three sons.

Lily specializes in Gel X and nail art. She is proud of her art and loves to make your dreams into a reality. She does Gel X, elaborate nail art, gel polish, dazzle dry polish, and seasonal pedicures. You will love what she does for your nails!

Jeremy is a Florida-licensed Master Barber who specializes in precision fades, detailed clipper work, and shear-cutting techniques, delivering tailored, polished finishes for every client.
With experience working across a wide range of hair types and textures, Jeremy focuses on providing modern, refined grooming results that suit each client’s individual style. He is committed to continually refining his craft while creating a professional, comfortable experience for everyone who sits in his chair.

Mike joined the Salora team after working on athletes at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL. He is a master at deep tissue massage. Being almost a native—he moved to Florida at the age of 3—you can catch him soaking up the sun at the beach when he is not at the spa.

Alyssa has been a CNMT (Certified Neuromuscular Therapist) for over 7 years and an LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) for 10 years. She specializes in rotator cuff injuries and deep tissue massage.

Sarah came to the Salora Med Spa team specializing in Deep Tissue massage, Swedish massage, aromatherapy, hot stones, salt scrub, lymphatic drainage, and CBD massage.
Yi-Ru (Joanne)
Licensed Massage Therapist/Cupping Specialist/CNMT
Yi-Ru is a graduate of Sarasota School of Massage. Before joining the Sirius team she was at IMG Academy for ten years working on student athletes. She is Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, specializing in tennis elbow, trains, chronic pain, and more. Additionally, Yi-Ru is certified in modern cupping therapy, which is an ancient form of alternative medicine using cups on your skin to create suction. This technique helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and is a type of deep-tissue message.
